Deposit Policy

A damage deposit of AUD 20 is required. The property charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel for free until 1 day before arrival. If you cancel within 1 day of arrival, the cancellation fee will be the total price of the reservation. If you don't show up, the no-show fee will be the same as the cancellation fee.
