Central Studio Accommodation is a small, friendly, family run motel centrally located in the heart of Gladstone, within walking distance to a number of shops, a major supermarket, restaurants, post office, train station and bowls club.

All our comfortable, ground floor studios have undercover parking, reverse cycle air conditioners, small kitchenettes and comfortable pillowtop queen beds (brand new in September 2024). We also have a wheelchair access/disability room available if required.

All studios have kitchenettes which consist of a small fridge, hotplates, microwave, toaster, jug, tea and coffee making facilities and cutlery/crockery.
Each room also has a table/desk and chairs and a comfortable sofa for relaxing.
Large 42" flat-screen TVs with complimentary Netflix are in each room, along with unlimited, free and fast NBN internet.
On site coin operated laundry facilities are also available for our guest's convenience.

Central Studio Accommodation is a short drive to the marina and harbour views, with easy access to the East Shores precinct and water park.
From Central Studios it is extremely easy to explore Tondoon Botanic Gardens, Spinnaker Park, The Regional Art Gallery & Museum, and the Maritime Museum, with the beautiful Tannum Sands beach a short 16km drive away.
